The following types of content are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination:

DecalForge reserves the right to review, monitor, and remove any content at our sole discretion. We may refuse service or terminate accounts for violations of these terms.

User Liability: You are fully and solely liable for any copyright claims, disputes, or legal actions arising from content you upload to DecalForge. This includes any copyrighted images, logos, designs, characters, or other intellectual property that you do not have the legal right to use.

DecalForge Limitations: Due to the nature and volume of user-generated content, DecalForge cannot and does not verify the copyright status of every image or design uploaded to our platform. While we may review content for violations of our policies, we are not responsible for identifying or preventing copyright infringement by users. You acknowledge that DecalForge acts as a printing service provider and is not liable for copyright infringement committed by users.

DMCA Compliance: DecalForge respects intellectual property rights and complies with the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and the UK Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988. If we receive a valid copyright infringement claim regarding content you have uploaded, we will:

• Forward the claim and all related information to you as the responsible party
• Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content
• Take appropriate action against your account, which may include suspension or termination
• Cooperate with any legal proceedings or investigations related to the claim

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DecalForge, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of copyright or other intellectual property rights through content uploaded to our service.

If you believe content on DecalForge infringes your copyright, please contact us with detailed information about the alleged infringement so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

DecalForge provides AI-powered tools for image generation, editing, background removal, and upscaling. By using these AI features, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

AI-Generated Content Responsibility

User Liability: You are solely responsible for any content created using our AI tools. AI-generated images may inadvertently resemble copyrighted works, trademarked designs, or other protected intellectual property. You bear full responsibility for ensuring that AI-generated content does not infringe on third-party rights before using it in your designs.

Training Data Limitations: AI image generation models are trained on large datasets that may include copyrighted material. While we use commercially licensed AI services, we cannot guarantee that AI-generated outputs are free from copyright concerns. You must independently verify that AI-generated content is appropriate for your intended use and does not violate any intellectual property rights.

AI Editing Tools

DecalForge provides AI-powered editing features including but not limited to:

• Background Removal: Automated removal of image backgrounds
• Image Upscaling: AI-enhanced resolution improvement
• Image Generation: Creation of new images from text prompts
• Image Editing: AI-assisted modifications to existing images

No Guarantees and Quality

Output Quality: AI tools are provided "as is" without guarantees of quality, accuracy, or suitability for any particular purpose. AI-generated or AI-edited images may contain artifacts, errors, or unexpected results. You are responsible for reviewing all AI outputs before incorporating them into your designs.

Copyright Clearance: DecalForge does not warrant that AI-generated content is free from copyright claims or suitable for commercial use. You must conduct your own due diligence and, if necessary, seek legal advice regarding the copyright status of AI-generated content.

AI Credits and Usage

AI features require AI credits, which are consumed upon use. Credits are non-refundable once used, regardless of the quality or usability of the AI output. You are responsible for managing your AI credit balance and ensuring you have sufficient credits before using AI features.

Content Moderation

AI generation and editing requests are subject to automated content moderation. We reserve the right to block, refuse, or remove AI-generated content that violates our policies, including content that is explicit, offensive, illegal, or infringes on intellectual property rights. Blocked requests may still consume AI credits.
